Signature
Policy
All reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged prior
to your arrival, if payment information has not been submitted Signature
Properties reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
The total charge includes all taxes and fees
Reservations are guaranteed for late arrival
Reservations are generally ineligible for hotel award points or airline
mileage
Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by Signature
Properties upon check-out. Incidentals include but are not limited to:
Damage to apartment, building or any items in the unit.
Signature Properties rates are based on double occupancy, charges for
extra persons (including children) may apply and will be due directly
to Signature Properties. Double occupancy is defined as two people sharing
one room.
Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees
from $50.00 up to the full cost of your stay.
Cancellations or changes occurring prior to 7 days of 12:01 am (Eastern
Time) on the day of check-in are subject to a $50 charge.
Cancellations or changes occurring prior to 3 days of 12:01 am (Eastern
Time) on the day of check-in are subject to a 1 night Room + Tax charge.
Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of 12:01 am (Eastern Time)
or on the day of check-in are subject to a 100% charge.
No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed
check-in or early check-out, will be given.
Refunds on cancellations will be issued two to four weeks from the cancellation
date and will be issued via company check only.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in unless accompanied
by a parent or guardian.
You must present photo ID at check in.
You must present a valid credit/debit card at check in for incidentals.
Check in time is 3:00pm, Check out time is 12:00pm.
Maximum guests per Apartment / unit is 4.
Signature Properties is not responsible for personal items left in apartments
after guests check out.
Monthly Guests
In the event that
utilities are included in the rent, the maximum allotted amount is $250.00
any additional charges or overages will be billed to the guest directly.
Security deposit refund will be issued six to eight weeks from the check
out date and will be issued via company check only less $100.00 move
out cleaning fee and any other incidental charges.
Any cancellations of monthly reservations within two weeks of the reservation
date will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and a $250
cancellation charge.
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that all contact information
is current and up to date.
Extra Charges
Per extra adult
$25 charge (per night).
Roll - away bed $25 charge (per night).
Baby crib / cot $15 charge (per night).
Basic food supply $30 charge.
Cleaning services $65.
Laundry services (Charges May Apply).
